I first discovered Exotic Palms and Spas at the Kent County Show following a recommendation from the Mayor of Canterbury, one of Mr Whitton’s valued customers and a personal friend of mine.
From the outset, the passion and enthusiasm with which Mr Whitton talks about his hot tubs and service was contagious and entirely engaging. We were sold. The genuine and entirely sincere fervour that was displayed by Mr Whitton, and subsequently his staff, in all our dealings of some three years has convinced us that our decision to invest with Exotic Palms and Spas was a sound one.
Everything we were told on that first day regarding the installation, the service and training has not faltered one iota. There is a wonderful sense of belonging and knowing there is always someone there should there be any problems.

Just a short note to say that having had the hot tub in operation for over three monthe now, Sue and I are really delighted with its performance and get a loit of pleasure from its use, as do our friends and family.

I just had to write to compliment you on your most excellent Customer Service skills. I have never been so impressed. I have worked in the retail sector for twenty odd years and often gain 100% on mystery shops carried out on me but your service is beyond any I have personally given. Nothing is too much trouble, even when you are on holiday your after-sales care is fantastic.
Buying a Hot Tub is a big decision, and quite frankly you do not think of the after-sales service you may need. I think if I had purchased one from some of the dealers I made initial enquiries with I may not be as happy as I am now.
Thank goodness I purchased from you, a real family business which is so rare todauy, and one which can be relied upon.
