Just a short note to say that having had the hot tub in operation for over three months now, Sue and I are really delighted with its performance and get a lot of pleasure from its use, as do our friends and family.

Sue, in particular, is already finding it helpful and beneficial in regard to her arthritis.

I just had to write to compliment you on your most excellent Customer Service skills. I have never been so impressed. I have worked in the retail sector for twenty odd years and often gain 100% on mystery shops carried out on me but your service is beyond any I have personally given. Nothing is too much trouble, even when you are on holiday your after-sales care is fantastic.

Buying a Hot Tub is a big decision, and quite frankly you do not think of the after-sales service you may need. I think if I had purchased one from some of the dealers I made initial enquiries with I may not be as happy as I am now.

Thank goodness I purchased from you, a real family business which is so rare today, and one which can be relied upon.

I’m writing in order to convey our thanks to you and Glyn in particular (because you’re the 2 we get to see) for the outstanding level of service you extend to us. We’re both fully aware that there must be other people we don’t get to see who also deserve our thanks!

We “inherited” our hot-tub in 2005 and from the moment you first came round to offer a lesson in how to take care of it, we knew we were going to be well looked after!

We appreciate in particular the following from Exotic Palms and Spas Limited:

  • The fact that you do what you say you will do!
  • Your knowledge and advice – whoever we have contact with, we know we’re being given straightforward, useful information.
  • Prompt responses to requests for chemicals – they always seem to be delivered within a day of placing the order
  • Being kept informed – if arrangements need to be changed, someone lets us know (and we have complete confidence that if they are changed, it’s for a very good reason)
  • Your (Chris) availability – it seems that we can always contact you and that we’re never an interruption
  • Your (Chris/Glyn) willingness to “…go the extra mile…” – such as Glyn cleaning our tub on a Saturday.

We’re also in awe of your energy and enthusiasm!

Our hot-tub has provided us with both health benefits and a lot of pleasure since October 2005. Thanks to the level of service you supply, we are more than confident that it will continue to do so for years to come!
